Project Overview

This was a comprehensive, multi-phase project that spanned research, branding, UX, and development. Our team provided market research, competitive analysis, web design, brand strategy, content strategy, SEO, development, and art direction.

Web Experience

We began by digging into parent behaviors, concerns, and barriers when looking for childcare. Our research informed a user experience that prioritizes trust, clarity, and action. The platform allows parents to search for licensed daycares by location and filters, view profiles with essential details, and take action directly—whether that’s saving, contacting, or comparing options.

The portal experience was designed to feel like a personal dashboard. Parents can favorite daycares, save searches with filters, write notes, and receive updates when new openings are available or when specific criteria match. Notifications and messaging features help keep families engaged without overwhelming them.

On the branding side, we established a visual identity that feels warm, modern, and credible. Art direction balanced friendliness with professionalism—using soft colors, simple icons, and accessible typography. We also created clear, helpful content and built an SEO strategy that drives qualified traffic while supporting long-term visibility.
